My name is Andy. I am a technology practitioner, web developer, freelancer, educator, and lifelong learner, currently preparing for the UPSC (Civil Services Examination) for the past 3 years.My journey is rooted not in titles, but in hands-on experience, continuous learning, and real-world problem solving—especially at the intersection of technology, governance, and public service delivery.

I pursued B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, and while I could not complete the degree due to personal and practical circumstances, it never defined the limits of my learning. I chose to move beyond formal boundaries and focused deeply on practical skill development, continuous self-learning, real-world experimentation, and hands-on technology implementation. Over the years, my expertise has been built through solving real problems, building systems from scratch, fixing failures, and teaching others, proving that true competence is shaped by experience, execution, and consistency—not certificates alone.
16+ Years of Tech Experience
I have been actively working with computers and digital systems for over 16 years, developing a deep, hands-on command over computer systems, software, internet technologies, digital platforms, and website development. This experience has been earned on the ground—through constant problem-solving, system failures, real-user challenges, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and applying practical security fundamentals in live environments. Technology is not just my profession; it is a domain I have grown up in, mastered through experience, and continue to evolve with every day.

I have been a UPSC aspirant for the past 3 years, combining rigorous academic preparation in governance, public policy, public administration, and ethics with extensive real-world experience gained through CSC-based service delivery.
